Single-Stage Coal Gasifier

1. Hot Gas Station
The single-stage coal gasifier is a uninterrupted gas producing system which is whole
water jacket. The gasification agent, which is the mixture of air and the gasifier
self-produced steam with a pressure of 0.294MPa, comes into the gasifier
through the check valve at the gasifier bottom. The coal is broken into the size
of 13-25mm or 25-50mm and fed into the gasifier for gasification. The coal gas
produced in the gasifier is purified by gravity dust cleaner and cyclone dust cleaner
and transferred to the user.
2. Cold Gas Station(Anthracite)
The pre-purified coal gas from the gasifier with a temperature of 500-600
goes into the duel standpipe to be cooled by hot circulating water and part of dust
is washed out. Then the gas gets out from the bottom water seal of standpipe.
The temperature is about 80-90. Then the gas comes into washing tower for
cooling and removing dust and the temperature is lowered to 35-45. Finally
the gas is pressured, after removed water and tar by trap catcher, the gas
is transferred to the user.
3. Cold Gas Station(Soft Coal)
The pre-purified coal gas from the gasifier with a temperature of 500-600
goes into the duel standpipe to be cooled by hot circulating water and part of dust
is washed out. The temperature of gas cooled by duel-standpipe is about 80-90.
Firstly the gas comes into electric detarrer and dust & tar are removed through insulating water seal, the temperature is lowered to about 70. Then gas gets
into washing tower for cooling and removing dust. The temperature of gas will
be lowered to 30-45.
Secondly the gas is purified by electric light oil catcher, more tar and dust is
removed through insulating water seal.
Finally the gas is pressured, after removed water and tar by trap catcher, the gas
is transferred to the user.
