Detailed Product Description

Two-Stage Coal Gasifier

1. Thermal Detarring Gas Station
Coal gas from up-stage comes into the electric detarrer; whose working temperature is 90-150°C. The light tar fog-drops and dust are polarized and influxed on the inner wall of the pole tube in the electric detarrer. The light tar flows into the light oil jar automatically.

The gas from lower-stage comes through the ash-dropping tube; the large size dust is separated out. Then the gas enter the cyclone dust catcher for centrifugally separating and the temperature is lowered to 450-550.The gas from up-stage and lower-stage is mixed and transferred to the user.

2. Cold Gas Station
Gas from up-stage gets into electric detarrer, whose working temperature is about 90-150. In this part, heavy tar and dust is separated. Up-Stage gas then comes into the in-direct cooler in which the gas is cooled to 35-45.
+ Firstly, dust is centrifugally separated from lower-stage gas and the temperature is cooled to 450-550;
+ Secondly, the gas comes into exhaust boiler to recover the gas sensible calorie and the gas temperature is lowered to about 180-220;
+ Thirdly, the gas temperature is lowered to 65-80 in air cooler and the temperature is cooled to 35-45 by circulatory cooling water in the in-direct
cooler.

The gas from up-stage and lower-stage is mixed and gets into electric light oil catcher to have a second time purification. The gas is pressured, after removed water and tar by trap catcher, the gas is transferred to the user.
